Description
Role
Harper Food Innovation requires one or more final year Undergraduate students to provide part-time technical support to academic staff running practical sessions in the Food Academy specialist facilities. This activity would ideally suit students studying Food Science or a related discipline.
Duties and responsibilities
Tutor support and student supervision during practicals Set-up and tear down of practical classes where practical
Skills and experience
Food preparation skills and cooking experience required Food hygiene/Food safety qualification desirable Supervisory and/or training experience would be advantageous
