Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Administrator to support our client through a busy autumn and winter period. This role could suit a student or graduate who is eager to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing, events promotion and business administration. 

This role is initially for 10 weeks, but there is the possibility to continue longer in the role.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Creating and scheduling marketing content. This includes publishing shows and events on to the website and producing and publishing e-shots to customers. 
  • Monitor social media engagement and assist drafting and scheduling content. 
  • Support with the planning and distribution of posters, flyers and postal mailings.  
  • Assist with other ad hoc marketing and office tasks as required.

Skills and experience

  • A Business or marketing degree AND/OR Previous administrative / marketing experience. 
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. 
  • Good written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Comfortable using MS Office and ideally has some design / Canva skills. 
  • Familiarity using social media platforms (e.g. Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok etc.) 
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
