Description

Role

Working with the Data Product Management teams this role will manage requests for course creation in our student record system (SITS) as well as managing the service inbox dealing with enquiries around course creation and amendments. 

This role will also support other business as usual administration duties as requested by the data product management team.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Review incoming course approval documents and assess the appropriate resolution. 
  • Complete the course creation template for review by the Senior Data Product Manager.  
  • Populate the relevant screens in the Student record system as set out in the course creation template. 
  • Discuss uncertainties with the team and ensure the action is logged, whether create, amend or discontinue.
  • Ensure accurate records are maintained on a case by case basis, and provide weekly reporting of system changes and enquiry resolution.

Skills and experience

  • Good level of literacy (English language) (Essential)
  • Ability to interpret course documentation based upon a set of prescribed rules and determine required action.
  • Strong use of Microsoft suite, in particular Excel (Essential)
  • Higher Education / Education experience in particular relating to curriculum (Desirable)
  • Experience in using SITS or a similar Student Record System (Desirable)

Location
Campus / Hybrid option available.
