Role

Just Camps is a leading provider of School Holiday Activity Camps for children aged 4-12 years. We are committed to creating an engaging and active environment where children can learn, have fun, and develop new skills through a variety of sports, themed games, and structured enrichment activities.

We are looking to add to the coaching team for Autumn 2025 and beyond and are excited to expand our team with dedicated individuals who are self-motivated, confident, and adaptable. If you are looking for a rewarding role where you can positively impact young lives, we would love to hear from you!The pay for the week will be Pay: £375.00-£450.00 per week

Duties and responsibilities

Sports Coaching: Delivering engaging and age-appropriate sports coaching sessions to children, fostering skill development and a love for physical activity.

Themed Games: Organising and leading themed games and activities to keep children entertained and active throughout the day.

Structured Activities: Planning and implementing structured enrichment activities that align with the camp's objectives, ensuring a well-rounded experience for every child.

Safety and Well-being: Prioritising the safety and well-being of all children, maintaining a secure and enjoyable environment. Possessing and applying first aid and safeguarding knowledge when required.

Skills and experience

Experience: Previous experience in coaching, particularly with children aged 4-12 years, is preferred.

Location
This position is based at our camp location in Gloucester. It will be at Sir Thomas Rich’s School in Longlevens, very close to the Oxstall’s campus.
