Description

Role
To provide a world class, client facing front of house and facilities management service. To ensure all front of house and facilities management operations are managed efficiently. General management of day to day operational activities within the scope of the integrated contract for the building under management.

Purpose:
To be proactive in all visitor and contractor management duties

Duties and responsibilities

  • To ensure the smooth operation of the client site.
  • Primary contact for all FM related matters – act as an ambassador for Barclays CRES helpdesk, promote use and assist with resolution where appropriate
  • .Daily review of CRES helpdesk work orders relating to site.  
  • Drive to completion within appropriate SLA.
  • Escalation with the FM team as required in terms of any building/facilities related issues.
  • To support Corporate Security – provision of security passes in line with agreed process and date collation.  
  • Awareness of Security Incident Management process. 
  • Monitor cleaning standards to ensure agreed cleaning specifications are met.
  • To develop and maintain excellent relations with the client/stakeholder.
  • Monitoring of meeting room bookings and usage. 
  • To deal with telephone calls in accordance with call answering standards and the service level agreements.
  • Workplace inspections to be completed and corrective actions progressed. 
  • Provide all hospitality requirements for the meeting rooms, with set up and clean down to required standards. 
  • To receive and sort incoming mail and frank outgoing mail for collection and arrange courier collections.
  • Assist client in any administration duties as required.
  • To ensure the maintenance, replenishment and standards of the meeting rooms is as per the client standards. 

Skills and experience

  • Must be educated to a good standard and be self-motivated.
  • Able to represent at a professional level to senior staff
  • Must be IT literate and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be able to identify and resolve issues and challenges to meet/exceed the expectations of our customer and clients.
  • Level headed under pressure.
