Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and committed individual to join our clients dynamic Marketing team. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of marketing projects across several award-winning brands and product categories, ensuring alignment with business-critical timelines and business objectives.

This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where you will collaborate with departments across the business and consult with a variety of external suppliers. You will be instrumental in helping to bring campaigns and product launches to life, contributing to the continued success and growth of our brands.

Working days and hours are Monday - Friday, 37 hours per week.
This is a 12 month position and you would be required in the office 5 days a week. No remote work available. 

The location for this job is Leek, ST13 7QF.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Samples – delivery of sample requirements across all ranges, including product and marketing material.
  • Packing Specifications – collaborating with the Assembly team to provide comprehensive guidelines across all product ranges to ensure product is in stock in line with critical path dates.
  • Inventory – liaising and supporting the purchasing department to ensure product and marketing material is ready to order on time in line with critical path dates and satisfies the assigned purchase orders.
  • Suppliers – consulting with external suppliers in relation to product samples, product specifications, and product quote forms, ensuring that all information is received in a timely manner.
  • Communications – supporting Marketing Communications with online and offline marketing projects across all sales channel’s dependent on the needs of the business.
  • Wholesale supplier information – liase with wholesale suppliers ensuring that samples, images, and product information is received according to critical dates.
  • Sales Meetings and Events – supporting the Marketing Team on delivering successful Sales Meetings and external events across all sales channels.

Skills and experience

  • An initiative-taking and organised individual with a keen eye for detail.
  • Effective communication and people skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to tight deadlines.
  • Previous experience in a marketing or administrative role is desirable.
  • Knowledge of Office 365 and good IT skills
  • A collaborator with a can-do cheerful outlook and willingness to learn.
