Role
You will be responsible for preparing, creating, and presenting a wide variety of desserts, pastries, and baked goods. You will ensure high standards of taste, quality, and presentation, while maintaining consistency and creativity. This role involves pastry production and ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
Duties and responsibilities
- Prepare and bake a wide range of pastries, cakes, and desserts.
- Ensure consistency in quality, taste, and presentation of all products.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation following hygiene and safety standards.
- Work closely with the lead chef and other departments
Skills and experience
- Proven experience within a kitchen.
- Basic knowledge of pastry techniques, ingredients, and baking methods.
- Time management skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
