Role
We are seeking a dedicated and professional individual to join our team at a coffee shop in Stafford Blackheath Lane.

Duties and responsibilities

Customer Service: Prepare and serve food and beverages, handle payments, and ensure a positive customer experience.

Operational Support: Restock and maintain food and retail displays, manage inventory of supplies, and assist with general cleaning duties.

Health & Safety: Adhere to all Health and Safety and Food Hygiene standards.

Financial Handling: Operate cash registers and assist with cash reconciliation as required.

Skills and experience
Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service environment is preferred. The ability to work efficiently and professionally in a fast-paced setting is essential
