Description
Role
Our client based in is looking for a cleaner to work on an ongoing basis. This role will be in Leamington Spa from 06:00-08:00 and is located close to Leamington Spa Town Centre. The ideal candidate will need to have some familiarity in cleaning. Candidates will need to wear long dark trousers, sensible top (i.e. not sleeveless) and covered shoes (no sandals).
Duties and responsibilities
Provide a high standard of cleanliness throughout the site. This includes Offices, Kitchen, Toilets.
Duties will include
- Dusting
- Vacuuming
- Mopping hard floors
- Wiping down surfaces
- Cleaning Toilets
- Emptying bins
- Cleaning up spills
- Reporting any defects/issues to the relevant member of staff for example maintenance issues.
- Ensuring effective and economical use of cleaning materials and equipment
Skills and experience
Ideally you will have worked in a commercial cleaning role and have COSHH knowledge but are looking for someone keen to work. Some training will be given.
