Generative Minds is an AI training and consultancy business on a mission to ensure nobody gets left behind in the age of AI. Based in Liverpool, we empower purpose-driven organizations through practical AI training, workshops, and community initiatives. Our content is central to our impact, as we produce social media campaigns, training materials, and thought leadership pieces that make AI accessible to diverse audiences. The intern will join a small team working at the forefront of AI education and digital inclusion, contributing to content that reaches local businesses, charities, start ups, and educational institutions across the Liverpool City Region and beyond.

Duties and responsibilities
As an AI Content Creation Intern, your job will be to support Generative Minds' mission to ensure that nobody gets left behind in the age of AI by creating engaging, educational content that demystifies AI and promotes digital inclusion across multiple platforms and audiences. 

 
Main Duties will include: 
  • Researching and writing blog posts about AI trends, case studies, and practical applications for business and community audiences.
  • Creating social media content (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok) that promotes AI literacy and showcases our training programs and events. 
  • Supporting the development of educational materials and resources for workshops, including infographics, guides, and presentation content. 
  • Assisting with event documentation by creating post-event blogs, social media posts, and case studies. 
  • Supporting video content creation for educational purposes and promotional materials. 
  • Collaborate with our Business Development Coordinator on content strategy to reach underrepresented communities and promote digital inclusion. 
  • Research industry trends and competitor content to inform our content calendar and messaging.

Skills and experience
Essential Skills:

  • Strong written communication skills
  • Ability to write clear, engaging content for diverse audiences and adapt tone for different platforms- 
  • Creative thinking and content ideation 
  • Capability to generate fresh ideas and present complex AI concepts in accessible, interesting ways. 
  • Digital literacy and social media awareness.
  • Understanding of different platforms, content formats, and what resonates with various audiences.
 
Desirable Skills:
  • Basic knowledge of AI/technology (training will be provided).
  • Experience with content management systems or social media scheduling tools.
  • Video editing or graphic design capabilities.
  • Research skills and attention to detail.
  • Interest in social impact, education, or technology.
