We specialise in end-of-tenancy cleans, regular domestic cleaning, commercial and Airbnb services, as well as deep cleans and appliance care. Jervo Galactic is a holistic wellbeing brand dedicated to spreading soul magic through sound healing, reiki, angelic energy work, and prana connection experiences. We create sacred spaces for people to release stress, clear emotional blocks, and reconnect with their inner selves.
We're seeking a motivated Digital Marketing Specialist / Content Creator to support our mission of reaching new audiences and expanding our online presence.
The intern will play a key role in helping us grow our business through creative digital content, social media marketing, and community engagement. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to real business growth while developing skills in content strategy, branding, and digital marketing within a supportive and passionate small business environment.
Duties and responsibilities
Main Duties
- Create engaging digital content (images, videos, reels, stories, blogs) for platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Support with developing and scheduling social media posts to showcase services.
- Help manage and grow the business's social media channels, boosting audience reach and engagement.
- Capture and edit visuals to highlight transformation work.
- Assist in designing promotional materials (flyers, adverts, online campaigns) using tools such as Canva or similar software.
- Conduct basic market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities for online growth.
- Monitor social media performance and suggest improvements based on analytics.
- Collaborate closely with the business owners to align digital content with Jervo services brand values and customer focus.

Essential Skills & Qualities
- Creativity & Content Creation – Ability to generate engaging ideas for social media posts, videos, and campaigns.
- Digital & Social Media Knowledge – Familiarity with platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, and an understanding of trends that drive engagement.
- Communication Skills – Strong written and verbal communication to create clear, professional, and friendly content.
- Organisation & Time Management – Ability to manage tasks, schedule posts, and work to deadlines independently.
- Attention to Detail – Ensuring all content aligns with Jervis Cleaning’s brand values and professionalism.
Desirable Skills & Experience
- Experience with design or editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe, CapCut, or similar).
- Basic understanding of digital marketing principles (SEO, branding, analytics).
- Previous experience managing or creating content for a social media account (personal, society, or business).
