Our current company website was developed in 2023 to sell our web offerings to businesses and charities. More recently, in late 2024 and beyond, we have begun to offer Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) services. Most critically, this includes our Disability Confident SaaS platform which will support organisations in becoming inclusive workplaces. Our current website isn’t aligned with these new offerings and isn’t effective at communicating our services to potential clients.
As we approach the launch of our Disability Confident SaaS platform, it is crucial that our company website transforms to aid our marketing efforts, showcasing our EDI offerings over our traditional web services.
While we do have the in-house talent to work on our company website, we have a more urgent business need for our developers to work on the Disability Confident SaaS product. A student internship would be perfect for this project as it would ensure that our website could get the attention it deserves, helping to raise our public profile and drive sales.
This is an exciting project for a student to apply their University knowledge and past experience to a real-world business project, particularly one that supports a local start-up who are aiming to create positive impact for disabled people across workplaces in all industries.
Since 2021, we have hosted five student interns through the University of Liverpool's Liverpool Interns scheme, four of these interns were offered a follow-up contract. We are keen to continue this talent pipeline to foster a strong team of staff.
