ValArt is a young start up, built to help collectors keep track of, value and take pride in their collectibles. As we rebrand and relaunch, we’re looking for an ambitious and creative Social Executive to help us reach and engage collectors. Your role will involve working closely with our Marketing Lead, who is highly experienced having worked at one of the UK’s most successful start-ups and with major brands at a number of well respected agencies.

Duties and responsibilities
ValArt is relaunching and rebranding, with an initial focus on collectors of rare, vintage and sought after toys. As part of this, we are focusing the majority of our marketing efforts on social media and collector communities. Partly, this will involve work aimed at making ValArt better known, such as creating and collaborating on content that aims to build our channels and engage a wider audience. In addition, it will see the person help identify and brief creators, podcasts and YouTube shows that we can work with to create affiliate, conversion-focused content. Throughout, the hire will be expected to keep a close ear to the ground, monitoring what target communities are into and what content is generating cut through. This is an opportunity to gain real, hands-on experience in a company with ambitious growth plans. The hire will work with Valart’s Marketing Lead, who is also currently Global Campaigns Lead at Wise and works across the UK marketing, content and comms world.

Skills and experience
Ideal skills include:

- Ability to shoot, edit and publish engaging content
- Understanding of creators and how to work with them
- Deep understanding of social platforms and what cut through
- Broader interest in marketing
