Role

The Marketing & Content Executive (Part-Time) supports the development and execution of marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement. The role focuses on creating, curating, and managing content across digital channels, including social media, websites, and email campaigns. Responsibilities include drafting compelling copy, coordinating content calendars, posting on social media, tracking campaign performance, and assisting with brand communications. This role is ideal for a highly motivated creative professional with strong writing and design skills, an exceptional eye for detail, and the ability to work flexibly within limited hours while delivering measurable impact.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Develop, schedule, and publish engaging content across social media, website, and email platforms.
  • Write and edit copy for campaigns, and marketing materials.
  • Design content and marketing materials to assist sales team.
  • Maintain and update the content calendar to ensure consistent messaging.
  • Support the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor, track, and report on content and campaign performance.
  • Assist in managing brand presence online, ensuring tone and style are consistent.
  • Conduct basic market or competitor research to support marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with team members and external partners where needed.
  • Provide creative input on campaigns, visuals, and messaging.
  • Carry out general marketing admin tasks to support the wider team

Skills and experience

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Creative thinking with the ability to generate engaging content ideas.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms (LinkedIn)
  • Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing principles.
  • Ability to use design tools for simple graphics.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to track and report on campaign performance.

Experience

  • Preferably previous experience in a marketing, content, or communications role.
  • Experience creating and managing content across multiple digital channels.
  • Knowledge of email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects to deadlines, even within limited hours.
