Role
The Student Helper will play a crucial role in assisting with the smooth running of Open Day sand events at University of Gloucestershire. The primary responsibility will be to provide support to prospective and current students and their families, ensuring they have a positive and informative experience.

Duties and responsibilities

- Greet and welcome prospective students and their families

- Provide information about the university

- Proactively engage with visitors, answering questions with enthusiasm and honesty

- Help set up equipment, distribute promotional materials and pack up at the end

- Support staff during presentations, workshops and tours

Skills and experience
- Enrolled as a student at University of Gloucestershire.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

- Enthusiastic personality.

- Strong organisational and time management skills.

- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
