Duties and responsibilities
- To provide Campus Tours of the City St Georges Clerkenwell Campus for new students.
- To speak to a group of up to 20 students whilst taking them on a tour with confidence.
- To answer and provide information/support for new students.
- To provide a high level of customer service to all new students.
- To report to the Team Leader and/or Student Communities Officer at the start and end of each day to record working hours and break times.
- To be willing to be flexible and provide support with other Ambassador duties as and when required.
Skills and experience
- Experience of working as a Student Ambassador and providing campus tours preferable.
- A good understanding of what is expected by working as a Student Ambassador
- .A good understanding of the University Campus/locations and essential student services.
- Clear communicator/confident in speaking to groups of up to 20 students at one time.
- Friendly and approachable, with a positive attitude towards engaging with new students.
- Passionate about City St Georges University.
- Good timekeeping and reliable.
