Role
Duties and responsibilities
- Prepare, compile and sort documents for data entry.
- Check source documents for accuracy.
- Verify data and correct data where necessary.
- Transcribe information into electronic spreadsheet template format.
- Combine and rearrange data from source documents where required.
- Check completed work for accuracy.
- Respond to requests for information and access relevant files.
- Extract course, programme and module information.
- Transfer and enter course, programme and module data into template spreadsheets.
- Catalogue the data with appropriate tags, for ease of reference and upload into repository for single source of truth.
- Retrieve data as requested, assist with validation and cleanliness, of the university curricula data.
- Maintain and update data as necessary, ensuring quality review and control.
- Generate periodic reports and updates
- Comply with data integrity and security policies
Skills and experience
- Impeccable attention to detail
- Working knowledge of spreadsheets and other word processing tools
- Tactile dexterity
- Strong ability to work quickly and accurately.
- General administration skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Great interpersonal and customer service skills
- Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures
- Problem solving
- Planning and organisation
- Ability to work under pressure
