Role
A local University Accommodation provider are looking for 2 staff to work as Welcome Weekend Helpers on Saturday 6th & Sunday 7th September. This role would be based in Coventry City Centre and we are looking for staff who are familiar with the Coventry Area and who have excellent customer service skills.

Duties and responsibilities
You will be helping to check in new arrivals at the accommodation. This may involve:
- Showing new arrivals to their room
- Greeting them at the entrance
- Helping to show them around the accommodation
- Answering any questions about the City/local area
Skills and experience
- We are looking for people who have done this kind of customer facing role previously.
- You may have experience of moving into Student Accommodation yourself or you may just have experience of dealing with customers and members of the public.
- Excellent Customer Service Skills are essential.
