Role
The Advancement Office are seeking a variety of students to partake in the filming of the University’s largest philanthropic campaign.
The role will take place over 3 hours on the week commencing Monday 13th October (exact days and times tbc).
Duties and responsibilities
- Work with the Advancement Office and an external video agency on the creation of a large-scale campaign video
- Be an enthusiastic representative of the University for social media and video content
- Be a friendly face for external stakeholders including alumni and supporters, including large-scale donors
Skills and experience
- Confident on camera and happy to take direction of others
- Current University of Leicester student
- Naturally confident and composed in 1 to 1 and group meetings with people who hold senior positions, leadership and influential roles
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to communicate persuasively and effectively
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with individuals and groups
- Willingness to work outside office hours and sometimes away from the campus.
