Role
Unitemps are seeking a motivated and customer-focused French speaking professional to join our client’s dynamic team. In this role, you will use your language and communication skills to build strong relationships with franchisees, distributors, and customers in France and other export markets. You will also support marketing and communication initiatives for French and export territories, ensuring a real impact from day one.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for franchisees, distributors, customers, and consumers via phone and email
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with French and export market partners
  • Handle technical queries, manage orders, resolve complaints, and oversee customer-related projects
  • Support France-specific marketing and communication programs
  • Assist colleagues with day-to-day operations and ad-hoc tasks

Skills and experience

  • Native-level French and fluent English
  • Previous experience in telephone-based customer service or account management
  • Calm, composed, and positive approach with excellent communication skills
  • Experience handling technical/product-related queries
  • Accurate translation skills
  • Confident IT skills, including MS Office
