Description

Role

 
Production of accounts and tax returns for a wide range of clients. Client management and providing tax advice. Supporting a team of accountants and bookkeepers at a busy and growing accountancy practice.
 
This is initially a 3 month temporary position but it could lead to a FT position for the right person.

Duties and responsibilities
You will be responsible for the timely completion of accounts for our clients.

 
  • Regular communication with your clients.
  • Training and mentoring junior members of staff.
  • Helping to modernise practices and migrate more clients to using software.
  • Be able to hit the ground running.

Skills and experience

  • Must have experience in an accountancy practice.
  • Essential to have experience using the likes of Xero and QuickBooks.
  • Strong knowledge of the UK tax system so as to advise clients.
  • Good written and spoken English.
