Role

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Lettings Manager to oversee the management of our residential and commercial properties. This is a permanent position with the business in Leamington Spa and Salary is £35,000 to £45,000 per Annum.

The role is Monday Friday in the office (09:00-17:30) with the successful candidate also required to work 1 in every 4 Saturdays (09:00-15:00).

Duties and responsibilities

• Creating and building strong relationships with landlords, tenants and other stakeholders.
• You will be responsible for the business' extensive portfolio of residential and student accommodation.
• Management of escalations from landlords and tenants.
• Attending of lettings as required (however this will be dealt with by the senior lettings negotiators).
• Line management of the Senior Lettings Negotiators including all elements including HR and career progression.Strategic planning to help operations managers to grow the business.Production of reports to align with team targets and budgets.

Skills and experience

• Proven experience in a Lettings management or senior lettings role
• You will be proactive and will look to implement ideas rather that waiting for them to come to you.
• Management experience is desired, however this does not have to from working in property.
• Communication skills are essential to deal with the team, senior management and landlords/tenants. 
• The ability to change your approach as necessary is something that will be discussed in the interview process.
• You also must be able to travel to and from properties. Therefore access to your own car is essential.
• If you are passionate about lettings/property management, there is room for growth within a well developed business that has ambitious growth plans.
