Role

Better Space Event and Team Support Student Ambassador

Duties and responsibilities

Event Support

  • Respond to event space and meeting room inquiries via email, phone, or in-person.
  • Assist in organizing member events, including creating materials, managing sign-ups, and setting up spaces.
  • Coordinate tours for potential members with the Community or Workspace Manager.

Marketing and Communication

  • Contribute to newsletters, social media posts, and digital communications to nurture the Better Space community.

Skills and experience

  • Proven customer service experience, ideally in a coworking environment (Essential).
  • Event planning or management experience (Essential).• Experience managing sales leads and digital marketing campaigns (Desirable)
  • Support for entrepreneurship programs like accelerators or demo days (Desirable).
 
Additional Experience:
Governance and Operations
  • Ensure adherence to Health and Safety standards
  • Suport with administrative tasks in relation to events
