Description
Role
12-week role supporting Student Fees and Income Management during busy registration period. Task will be allocated on a weekly rota basis across all members of staff in the team; including registration support, income processing and student account management.
Duties and responsibilities
- Recovery of Income from students and external debtors
- Management of Accounts including processing of incoming payments
- Supporting students with registration queries including updates to Student Finance applications.
- General Customer service and support via calls, emails and in person
Skills and experience
Essential
- Educated to A Level or Equivalent or Relevant Work Experience in Comparable Setting
- Able to Demonstrate Attention to Detail
- Effective Oral & Written Communication
- Good Customer Service Skills
- IT Skills including MS Office
Desirable
- Experience working with Student Data
- SAP Finance System Experience
- Willingness to work as part of team in fast-paced environment
