We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Support Intern to join the University Executive Team and provide dedicated administrative support to a large-scale institutional change programme. Working closely with the Deputy Chief Operating Officer, the post holder will play a key role in ensuring the smooth delivery of programme-related activities.
Duties and responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to the Deputy COO and Change Leads in administration relating to the recruitment and appointment of staff
- Coordinate activities and events related to the change programme, including scheduling, agendas, minutes, and action tracking.
- Assist with the collation and management of programme documentation, reports, and communications.
- Monitor progress of key tasks and follow up on actions to ensure timely delivery.
- Act as a central point of contact for internal stakeholders engaged in the change programme.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
Skills and experience
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project coordination tools.
