Role

We are seeking outgoing and enthusiastic Sales Assistants to join our team for the upcoming cricket at Old Trafford in Manchester.

The primary responsibility will be selling earpiece commentary radios to the general public and processing payments via card machines.

You must be an approachable person and happy to approach the members of the public.

Duties and responsibilities

• Engage with cricket fans to promote and sell earpiece commentary radios.
• Process payments using card machines efficiently and accurately.
• Carry equipment containing radios.
• Provide excellent customer service and address any inquiries about the product.
• Maintain a friendly and professional demeanour at all times.

Skills and experience

• Outgoing, enthusiastic, and approachable personality.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to handle card payment transactions confidently.
• Physically capable of carrying equipment containing radios.
• Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus.
