Description

Role

Our client is looking for a friendly and organised Admissions Administrator to support their postgraduate admissions process on a temporary basis until September 2025. You'll help applicants from enquiry through to enrolment, working closely with academic staff, external partners, and internal teams.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Process undergraduate and postgraduate applications
  • Act as the main contact for admissions enquiries
  • Verify UK and international qualifications
  • Support key processes like Clearing, RPL, and Study Abroad
  • Coordinate interviews and applicant communication
  • Assist with open days, offer holder events, and registration
  • Maintain accurate applicant records and follow data regulations

Skills and experience

  • Previous experience in a similar roleĀ 
  • Strong admin experience
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Confident using MS Office and digital systems
  • Great written and verbal communication
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities
  • Comfortable making decisions within your role
  • GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent)
