Description
Role
Our client is looking for a friendly and organised Admissions Administrator to support their postgraduate admissions process on a temporary basis until September 2025. You'll help applicants from enquiry through to enrolment, working closely with academic staff, external partners, and internal teams.
Duties and responsibilities
- Process undergraduate and postgraduate applications
- Act as the main contact for admissions enquiries
- Verify UK and international qualifications
- Support key processes like Clearing, RPL, and Study Abroad
- Coordinate interviews and applicant communication
- Assist with open days, offer holder events, and registration
- Maintain accurate applicant records and follow data regulations
Skills and experience
- Previous experience in a similar roleĀ
- Strong admin experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Confident using MS Office and digital systems
- Great written and verbal communication
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- Comfortable making decisions within your role
- GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent)
