Role
Support the GAIN Project and Copper House by identifying and coordinating with student artists for advertising and performance collaborations, while also conducting data analysis to inform outreach strategies and evaluate campaign impact.

 
£12.75 per hour.
£1.54 per hour holiday pay.
 
55 hours in total - work patter to be discussed.
To work between the 5th & 29th of August.

Duties and responsibilities

Artist Collaboration

Artist Research: Identify emerging student artists whose style and audience align with Copper House’s creative direction.

Outreach & Communication: Initiate and maintain professional communication with selected artists regarding collaboration opportunities.

Negotiation & Documentation: Coordinate agreement terms, including deliverables, timelines, and cost estimates, ensuring clarity for all parties.

Collaboration Liaison: Act as the point of contact between artists and the GAIN Project team to manage expectations and facilitate smooth execution.

Data Analysis & Reporting

 Data Collection: Track engagement metrics and audience insights related to collaboration campaigns (e.g., views, shares, interactions).
 
 Performance Reporting: Create regular reports summarizing campaign outcomes and identifying areas for optimization. 
 
Insight Generation: Use data findings to improve artist selection, outreach effectiveness, and promotional strategies

Skills and experience

  1. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  2. Familiarity with performance capture technology, virtual production, or creative industries.
  3. Experience with basic data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, or similar platforms).
  4. Ability to synthesize information and communicate insights clearly.
  5. Previous experience in outreach, partnership coordination, or marketing analytics is a plus.
