Role
This role is a short-term post (10 hours) to film and produce social media content, related to graduation and associated celebrations, for the LJMU History Department.
The successful candidate must be available on Tuesday 8 July in the morning to film events. The ceremony commences at 09.45, so the candidate would need to be at the Anglican Cathedral in advance of this time.

Duties and responsibilities
To film relevant content on the day of graduation (Tuesday 8 July) and to create appropriate content for social media use. This includes bite-size and longer form videos appropriate for TikTok, Instagram, BlueSky, and on a departmental blog.
There will be a preparatory meeting held online on either Friday 4 July or Monday 7 July to provide the full brief. The candidate would need to be available to photograph/film in advance of the 09.45 ceremony and activities afterwards (including at the Toast to your success event at 11.15-12.30.
The remaining hours will be used for editing and producing the final content, including any revisions as required.
The candidate will be guided on the form and branding to be used in the content.
The content will need to be produced by the middle of July to align with payment deadlines.
Skills and experience
Experience of creating social media outputs in a professional environment. Excellent communication skills.Ability to take the initiative and to problem solve.Ability to work well independently.
