Role
We are seeking an administrator to join the Unitemps team on a temporary contract for the summer period, with the possibility for contract extension in the new academic year.
You will be required to work at the Unitemps office in Augustine House, part of the CCCU campus.
Duties and responsibilities
- Completing candidate right to work checks to meet legislative requirements.
- Supporting with the running of the Unitemps branch, engaging with a range of stakeholders - candidates & clients.
- Data entry, using our client and candidate management database, uploading documents.
- Contacting candidates and workers via MS Teams and email, responding to enquiries.
- Managing temporary staff recruitment campaigns.
- Supporting candidates with timesheet enquiries and offering new candidates training when required.
- Setting up job vacancies and generating contracts for workers.
Skills and experience
You will be given training by the team & taught how to use our bespoke IT software.
For this role you must:
- Be confident on the phone/MS Teams and have excellent customer service skills.
- Have a professional and friendly manner.
- Be able to construct emails and appropriately correspond with students and staff at different levels.
- Have good attention to detail.
- Have a proactive approach to work.
- Have Strong IT skills.
- Be able to use word packages and pick up new software.
- Understand the function of a recruitment agency.
