Role
Student Ambassadors needed for Summer 2025 Graduations. 

Duties and responsibilities

- Crowd management and provide direction for graduates and their guests. 

- Answering questions from guests.

- Setting up and packing down banners around the venue.

- Setting up props and photo ops.

- Helping to reset venue in between ceremonies which includes the set up of student seating and replenishing brochures at hall doors.

Skills and experience

- Reliable and confident student ambassadors who possess strong communication skills.

- Happy to stand for long periods.

- Pro active and approachable nature. Happy to engage with guest that looks like they need help.

- Previous experience as a Student Ambassador is helpful

Additional information

Time and date: 07:30 to 14:30 from 14th to 17th July

Please wear smart black trousers/skirt/dress and comfortable black shoes. You will be provided with a red ambassador shirt.

Please note your break will be between 10.15-11.15 and is unpaid
