Description
Role
Research Assistant to support across several projects focused on the following topics: The psychology of creativity, working in complex environments, and implicit views of entrepreneurship.
Duties and responsibilities
- Attending training on the project tasks and requirements
- Searching for and summarising creative problem-solving tools and techniques from research and practice
- Gathering academic literature and industry reports
- Supporting with a systematic literature review
- Supporting with the design and administration of an online study, if skills align
- Supporting quantitative data analysis if skills align
- Supporting qualitative data analysis if skills align
Skills and experience
- Completed or currently enrolled in doctoral-level study in a discipline related to organisational behaviour or work psychology with a strong preference for expertise in the psychology of creativity
- Experience with Excel, organising data in spreadsheets, and conducting academic literature searches is essential
- Experience with quantitative and qualitative data analysis is highly desirable
- Experience with systematic reviews and survey design is desirable
