Description

Role

Warwick Accommodation requires an allocation assistant to support the Staff & Family Housing Allocations Team during their busy summer period - early July to end of September. Training will be provided.

Duties and responsibilities

Main duties

  • Answering telephone enquiries, responding to email queries, drafting offers, data entry in system, updating excel spreadsheets.
  • Other duties-supporting the Allocation team in their duties. 
  • You will be expected to deliver a high standard of customer service and maintain customer confidentiality. 

Skills and experience

Applicants need to be able to demonstrate the following:

  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook email and databases
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Maintain confidentiality in line with GDPR
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Confident telephone manner to handle difficult conversations
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Experience of working in a customer environment
