Role
Romax Digital is offering a hands-on, project-focused internship for a student from Canterbury Christ Church University (CCCU) currently completing or entering the final year of a Computer Science or Software Development-related degree in 2025.This internship is an exciting opportunity to gain practical experience in a dynamic commercial environment. 

 
You will work on a range of digital and technical projects under the guidance of experienced mentors, with the chance to make meaningful contributions to our innovation pipeline.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Contribute to 1–2 mini software development projects from concept to prototype
  • Assist in improving internal workflow automation and data management tools
  • Participate in scoping, coding, testing, and documenting small-scale applications
  • Collaborate with our digital and data teams to explore customer journey optimisation
  • Support the integration of digital solutions with existing print and communication services
  • Present progress and outcomes at team meetings and to stakeholders.

Skills and experience

  • Currently studying a Computer Science, Software Engineering, or similar technical degree.
  • Entering the final year or having completed degree studies in 2025.
  • Strong interest in software development, with some experience in coding projects (academic or personal).
  • Good communication skills and a proactive, self-motivated attitude.
  • Willingness to work onsite in Orpington for the majority of the internship period.
