Description
Role
Our prestigious client are looking for a Videographer & Multimedia Specialist to help tell better stories across three growing businesses. You’ll conceptualise, shoot, edit, and deliver high-quality content - videos, photos, reels, motion graphics, and more for platforms including YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and internal comms.You’ll work closely with the companies founders, marketing team, and creative leads to craft branded content that actually gets watched. From filming reviews and founder podcasts to creating reels and behind-the-scenes office shoots, no two days are the same.
Duties and responsibilities
- Plan, script, direct, and edit video and audio content for a range of use cases, including social media, YouTube, podcasting, internal training, testimonials, and ads.
- Capture compelling video and photo content during events, on the road with assessors, in the office, and for campaigns.
- Edit for platform: Reels, Stories, TikToks, LinkedIn video, YouTube shorts and long-form.
- Produce supporting media assets—photography, graphics, motion design, thumbnails, and more.
- Collaborate with the marketing and brand team to develop storyboards and content ideas that match business goals.
- Maintain video, audio, and photography equipment and fi le organisation.
- Lead post-production: colour grading, sound design, subtitling, resizing, and versioning.
- Optimise content for performance across formats and devices; track success with basic analytics.
- Stay on top of trends and suggest ideas we haven’t thought of yet
Skills and experience
- 2+ years of hands-on experience creating short-form and long-form video content.
- A strong eye for visual storytelling—video and photography.
- Experience editing with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects (or similar).
- Skills in motion graphics, transitions, titles, and animation.
- Familiarity with different content styles and formats (documentary-style, TikTok native, reels, UGC-style, product showcases).
- A proactive mindset—able to plan shoots, capture content, and turn it around without hand-holding.
- Organisation and time management skills to juggle multiple deadlines and projects.
- A portfolio or Instagram / YouTube link that shows you get what good content looks like.
- Comfort behind the camera, on location, and occasionally in front of it (optional but welcome).
