Description
Role
As a Assistant Code Coach, you’ll work alongside the Head Code Coach to deliver fun and engaging sessions for primary-aged children. Whether it’s helping with tech, encouraging creativity, or leading sports games
This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals passionate about working with children and interested in education, sports, or technology.
Duties and responsibilities
- Assist the Head Coach during coding and activity sessions
- Help run fun and inclusive sporting activities
- Supervise children during arrival and departure
- Set up and pack away laptops and materials
- Ensure a safe and positive environment for all children
Skills and experience
- A valid Driving Licence and ability to commute
- Fluent in English
- A valid DBS certificate or willingness to obtain one.
Desirable:
- Experience working with children aged 5–11
- Experience with coding, block-based programming, or robotics
- Teaching Assistant qualification
