Role
The Transitions and Orientation and Induction team oversee the student transition and induction into university. We work hard to improve the student experience providing both resources and activities to support. We start to engage with students from the point that they accept an offer through to arriving at university and beyond,  The role works closely with the Student Communications Team to support the CCCU social media channels.

Duties and responsibilities
To work with colleagues in the student communications teams to provide content for and to support activities related to our social media channels which include Facebook at Instagram.

Skills and experience
- Experience with supporting social media, including providing content, answering queries and ensuring good practice and protocols are followed

- Proactive problem solver with confidence to communicate issues
- Good IT skills and willingness to learn and develop skills
- Preferably a current CCCU student or a recent graduate
