Role
Looking for a fun, flexible part-time job with a difference? Our client are a vibrant, family-run craft distillery based in Barlaston. Whether you're behind the bar mixing cocktails or leading engaging distillery tours, this could be the job for you.
Are you a charismatic, energetic, and people-focused individual with a passion for delivering first-class customer experiences? Do you enjoy sharing your enthusiasm and knowledge with others in a fun, dynamic environment?
Our client are looking for someone who can confidently lead distillery tours, welcome guests with a smile, and create memorable experiences from the moment they walk through the door. As the face of the company, you’ll introduce visitors to the gin-making history, the companies story, and guide them through the working distillery — all while keeping things informative, upbeat, and engaging.
And that’s not all - they're also launching a brand-new experience where guests will make their very own spirit to take home! Full training will be provided, but your personality, energy, and storytelling flair are what will truly bring the role to life.
Shifts are likely to vary depending on events. In general, you would be required to work a couple of shifts per week. The company would require some flexibility from candidates and they have have some flexibility too. Regular shift times are:
- Fridays - 6pm -11pm
- Saturdays - 9am-5pm or 5pm-11pm
- Sundays 10am-5pm
