The Student Futures team are recruiting for several posts for the Graduate Contact Centre in June 2025.

Duties and responsibilities
Successful candidates will be contacting graduates using various methods, including professional social media, phone, MS Teams and email. You will also be using a range of platforms to reach and communicate to graduates from different courses, including through academic colleagues network, LJMU Connect and through social media. Shifts available:

Skills and experience
You will receive full training and the questions which are provided to you during your induction will help us determine what LJMU graduates are doing since leaving university and whether they require further support from the Student Futures team. This may involve sending links to support materials to our online resources, promoting current opportunities or booking graduates into 1-2-1 appointments for careers advice or CV/Application reviews.
