Role

Assistance required with two Research Projects. Each have funding for a five-day research project for a Reader in History of Art and Museum Studies in the School of Art and Design.

Duties and responsibilities
Job 2: In collaboration with post-holder, collate writings about painting by artists and jurors from throughout the 75-year history of the John Moores Painting Prize. Create literature review.

Skills and experience
Job 2: Ability to conduct independent research and produce literature review. Familiarity with exhibition catalogues. Some knowledge/interest of 20th century British painting may be helpful.
