Unitemps are acting as an Employment Business, supplying temporary workers, in relation to this vacancy.

The Student Groups Team is recruiting for a student staff member for the role of Student Administration Assistant to join us primarily working in our events and trips function.

CLOSING DATE:  04/06/25 Please note that the role may close early to applications – apply as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Provide event admin support to the team, which will vary .  
  • A keen eye for detail
  • proficient in Microsoft Office

Skills and experience

  • Use of initiative and ability to multi-task. 
  • Be pro-active and able to locate information which is not readily available. 
  • As well as excellent communication skills you will also need a commitment to delivering quality customer service when liaising with our student groups, SU staff and University stakeholders.
