Download application formFollowing completion of our company induction process, our Intern will get the opportunity to work predominantly within the Project Management team. We do however also have a Risk Management team and a Training Academy. There may be opportunity for them to gain some insight into those areas of the business. We have a number of live projects that the Intern will get the opportunity to be involved with. they would get a chance to see all areas of project lifecycle and delivery.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Assisting the project manager, preparation of basic governance documents. 
  • Scoping documents, risk registers etc.
  • Attendance at project meetings both at our office and client offices (transport can be provided is necessary).
  • Taking notes from meetings and producing accurate records of meeting notes and actions.
  • Following up on actions and ensuring that all participants are completing these.
  • Involvements in consultation and engagement work. 
  • Preparation of reports for clients.

Skills and experience

  • Good team player - very important.
  • Good listener - especially in project meetings.
  • Ability to focus on tasks and see them through to completion.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Use of MS office, excel, word, ppt understanding of ISO 9001.
  • Flexible in their approach - this job can be very reactive at times and priorities can change. 
  • Good problem solver.
  • Good communication skills with an ability to present (with practice!).
  • Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines. 
  • Driving licence would definitely be beneficial.
