Download application formFlowstate CIC is a women-led social enterprise based in Liverpool that offers creative workshops & healing experiences to support wellbeing across communities and workplaces including womens centres & working with asylum seekers & refugees. We specialise in community workshops including sound healing, yoga, mindful art & henna with a focus on accessibility, inclusivity and genuine connection. This internship sits within the small but passionate core team, supporting both the creative and operational side of Flowstate as we aim to grow our impact, outreach and expand into new spaces — particularly the corporate wellness sector to provide wellness opportunities to businesses to help expand our outreach and improve morale & mental health in business sectors. The role offers a unique opportunity for someone interested in holistic wellbeing, creative facilitation, and purpose-driven entrepreneurship to gain hands-on experience within a dynamic community interest company.

Duties and responsibilities
This internship is designed to support the day-to-day running and strategic growth of Flowstate CIC’s wellness offerings. The intern will work closely with the director & workshop facilitator, assisting with both creative content and administrative tasks as Flowstate expands its reach into the corporate wellness sector.

 
Main Duties:
  • Assisting with research and outreach to potential corporate clients and partners.
  • Supporting the planning and delivery of in-person workshops and events.
  • Creating visual content using Canva (e.g. social media posts, brochures, presentations). 
  • Helping manage social media scheduling and community engagement.
  • Collecting participant feedback and testimonials.

This is a hands-on, flexible role ideal for someone interested in holistic wellness, community work, social media and social entrepreneurship.

The intern will gain valuable experience in event coordination, digital content creation, communications and the inner workings of a CIC.

Skills and experience
No experience necessary other than relevant skills in canva & social media - wix / web building beneficial but not essential. Someone happy with a blended role of in person and remote & who is passionate to both learn & help us expand our outreach.
