Think Clearly Tuition, a pioneering education provider for home‐educated learners, is seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing Creator Intern to join our team. This role is perfect for enthusiastic students from LJMU who want to gain hands‐on experience in digital strategy, creative content production, and personal branding. As an intern, you will develop innovative social media, SEO, and digital marketing campaigns to boost our competitive edge and reach both domestic and international audiences. Duties and responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:

 
Digital Strategy:• Design and implement a digital marketing strategy to improve SEO, increase website traffic and competitiveness for Think Clearly Tuition. 
• Manage the strategy and implementation of digital advertising campaigns through various platforms and media channels.
• Conduct research on competitors, trends, and target audiences, including teachers and local authorities, to fine-tune campaign strategies.
 
Content Creation and Social Media Management: 
•Develop and execute a targeted engaging campaign for digital content (social media posts, blog articles, videos, etc.) that highlights Think Clearly Tuition’s unique approach to educating home‐educated learners and opportunities available.• Content across social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, and TikTok) will build brand awareness, drives engagement, and increases domestic and international reach through inspirational, informative and engaging content.• Develop content plans, including written captions, campaign taglines and artwork concepts, for digital channels.• Manage posts, engagements, and digital media campaigns on social media channels.• Produce, manage, and publish content on the Think Clearly Tuition website.• Coordinate website updates, ensuring timely and accurate content.• Increase participation by attracting learners and parents from the home educated market through strategic engagement with associations and community groups.• Ensure compliance with relevant licensing, GDPR, accreditation bodies, accessibility guidelines and partner approval.
 
Campaign Analysis:• Monitor, analyse, report and optimise digital marketing campaigns by analysing performance metrics. Feeding back to the founder and use the data to inform future activities.• Monitor digital channels to respond to feedback, keep on top of relevant keywords or hashtags, report on any developments and ensure adherence to the Think Clearly Tuition brand guidelines.
 
Collaboration:• Work closely with the founder to integrate personal branding into all communications and create cohesive messaging across channels.

Skills and experience
Current enrolment in a complimentary LJMU course such as Marketing or Business with Digital Marketing. Although those from other courses with a strong belief in their Digital Marketing capabilities are encouraged to apply.• Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, social media, and content marketing.• Strong working knowledge of key digital marketing platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, and platforms such as TikTok.• Ability to use Canva or similar tools to create engaging visual content.• Ability to generate innovative content ideas that resonate with a specific audience through creativity.• Strong creative skills and a keen eye for detail.• Knowledge and experience of running digital marketing campaigns.• Energy, enthusiasm and proven experience in producing digital content and digital best practice.• A keen understanding of the role personal brand plays in business marketing and communication.• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.• Excellent proof-reading skills.• Understanding of digital analytics and metrics, their importance and the tools to monitor, manage and evaluate them.• Comfortable interpreting data and metrics to drive decisions and optimise campaigns.• Able to manage multiple projects and adjust strategies based on evolving market trends.• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with the founder.• Ability to generate fresh and engaging ideas for content and marketing campaigns.• Comfortable contributing to strategy sessions and thinking creatively about brand storytelling.• Able to deliver a range of concurrent projects, on-time and to budget.• Exceptional organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise and structure work schedules.• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
