As a Solutions Consultant at Lucas and Co, you’ll work closely with and support experienced Solutions Consultants on the delivery of innovative customer projects. You’ll have the chance to learn on the job while receiving hands-on training inC#.NET, Java, Python, React and modern low-code platforms. This role is ideal for someone eager to kick-start a career in tech, passionate about solving business problems with technology, and ready to grow in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Duties and responsibilities
What You’ll Do:• Support Solutions Consultants on customer projects, both in pre-sales and post-sales phases.

• Assist with analysing, designing, and documenting customer requirements.• Learn to build and maintain automation and integration solutions using the Toca platform.• Participate in end-user training sessions and internal knowledge sharing.
• Shadow senior consultants on customer site visits and remote calls.• Learn to extend platform capabilities using C#, Python, Java, and other relevant technologies.• Collaborate with the team to gather and prioritise customer feedback.
 
What You’ll Learn:• Software development skills in C#.NET, Java, and Python.• Modern automation/RPA and app development tools.• Customer communication and stakeholder management.• Project planning and Agile methodologies.• Real-world tech solution design and implementation. 

Skills and experience

Entry Requirements:• Enthusiasm for technology and a willingness to learn. 
• A-levels or equivalent (preferably with some exposure to IT or technical subjects).• Ideally, some hobbyist coding experience is required, but any knowledge of software development is a bonus.
