Role

Unitemps are recruiting for a Project Coordinator (Undergraduate Curriculum Review) within the Div of Biosciences department. The role is to work the date ASAP and will run until 30th September full time at 36.5 hours per week. Payment is set at £24.59+ holiday pay per hour and the role will be HYBRID based.

The position holder will provide overall efficient day to day Project Management support for the Biosciences Curriculum Review project. Activities will include, but are not limited to, working with the academics to set up and monitor project meetings, deadlines and stakeholder engagement including ongoing communication, monitoring and reporting on deliverables, milestones and project delivery, detailed project planning and ongoing operational project support.
 
The position holder will also work to ensure adherence to the UCL teaching and learning requirements, work plans and UCL regulations, liaising with project leadership for decisions on pursuing opportunities and supporting the development of proposals. They will provide day-to-day support to the project team and provide input into the development and review of project tools and templates for delivery.
