Description

Role
To assist and support the lead academic to set up and pack up a School of Law activity at the Resonate Festival public engagement event running from 11am – 4pm on Saturday 31st May 2025 at the University of Warwick Campus.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Support with activity set up/ break down
  • Assist with audience participation in activities 
  • Share knowledge of law by supporting an interactive activity with an audience aged 5-11 and their accompanying adults
  • Support with public understanding of aspects of the law relating to art and cultural heritage.

Skills and experience

  • Knowledge of law (essential) 
  • Knowledge of art and cultural heritage law (desirable) 
  • Great interpersonal skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience, tact and skill in dealing with the public
  • Previous experience working and/or volunteering at events (desirable)
