Description
Role
This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a rapidly evolving digital environment, with exposure to enterprise-level cloud architecture, DevOps practices, and innovative tech solutions for both internal tools and public-facing platforms.
Duties and responsibilities
The successful candidate will be expected to undertake the following responsibilities:
- Monitor and Manage IT infrastructure across multiple office locations, including devices, networks, websites, databases, and cloud services.
- Monitor and Maintain zero-security-incident environments through advanced firewall configuration, secured VPNs, and proactive monitoring.
- Design, monitor and manage centralized network solutions, enabling real-time control and visibility via mobile interfaces.
- Lead the development and maintenance of a hybrid AWS cloud environment for hosting applications and websites.
- Act as the lead administrator for web infrastructure (React, PHP, HTML, WordPress) ensuring uptime, performance, and security.
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines with strict access control for development and production environments.
- Architect and maintain multi-cloud infrastructure, with a focus on AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, CloudFront, Route53, Lambda, IAM).
- Support healthcare tech development through infrastructure design with HIPAA-aware practices.
- Develop custom monitoring tools to ensure service health and uptime.
- Optimize relational and NoSQL databases including MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis.
Skills and experience
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience in end-to-end infrastructure management and AWS cloud architecture.
- Strong understanding of IT security best practices and tools.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps processes.
- Proficiency in modern web technologies and CMS platforms.
- Advanced knowledge of networking, system monitoring, and cloud security.
- Ability to work independently and meet technical challenges with proactive solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
