Role
We are currently looking for a Learning Support Technology Officer.
Duties and responsibilities
The person in this post will support teaching and will be working closely with academic colleges.
Within teaching sessions the person will provide technical demonstrations on how to use software, will floor walk teaching spaces and assist students who may have issues or questions.
Skills and experience
Key Responsibilities and Requirements:
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud: Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and InDesign (desirable).
Camera and Audio Equipment: Familiarity with DSLR cameras, video cameras, audio recorders, and setting up tripods is preferred. Training will be provided if needed. This skill is essential for demonstrating equipment setup to students.
Studio Experience: Experience in TV, radio studios, or green screen environments is advantageous. However, we will offer training if required.
Interest in Content Creation: A genuine interest in content creation and is comfortable working with students in a teaching environment essential.
Team Player: We seek an approachable, friendly individual who excels in a team environment.
You will be part of a dynamic team of seven people.
