Role
Are you passionate about your experience at UCB and eager to represent our Finance Department? We're looking for an enthusiastic individual to work within a busy finance office to support in the areas of Credit Control and the payment processes including outbound calls, inbound queries and general duties within Credit Control. 

Duties and responsibilities

As a Customer Service Advisor at UCB, you will be the frontline support for our students, providing essential advice and assistance, predominantly over the phone. Staff will be making outbound calls to student debtors to entice faster payments to the university. The job will require candidates to use Microsoft excel and our internal systems to contact debtors and record contact points in Agresso / their student portal. 

•    Speaking to customers on the phone, helping them with their questions or issues

.•    Helping customers to pay the correct amount of fees.

•    Transferring calls to our Finance assistant to take payments by phone and advising students online payment methods (Flywire, WorldPay and Bank Transfer).

•    Maintaining customer records and keeping them up to date.
